About Me

I could put my “About ArmyDad” intro post in here…but I won’t. I”ll let you take a look at that yourself. Instead I’ll go more into depth about me “The Army Dad” government name Andre; no last name here I abide by OPSEC.

I am a 33 year old husband, father ,a former US Marine (Yoorah!) and now here I am 12 years later still Uncle Sam’s property serving in the US Army. I fix helicopters for a living , just completed my 2nd tour in Iraq and am now enjoying what remaining time I have here in the beautiful state of Hawaii.

My wife is the owner of 2 I would venture to say popular military spouse blogs Today’s Military Spouse & Army Wife 101 and I won’t tell her this but has kind of inspired to start this blogging thing.
